My name is Nicole Polivchak, and 2024 marks my second season as a professional golfer on the Ladies European Tour Access Series. Next year, I aspire to gain status on the Ladies European Tour and fulfill a long-term dream of playing in the 2028 Olympics.

About me
I chose the game of golf because of the unique challenges it presents. Golf has challenged me on both a mental and physical level while also exposing me to new places, cultures, and people
I was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida by my two loving parents. As a child I was exposed to many cultures because of my parents. My father is from the United States and my mother was born and raised in Poland. I have fond memories of visiting family and friends in Poland. One of my most special memories occurred in 2014. That year, I decided to bring my golf clubs to Poland and compete in a junior event. I ended up winning the event! Shortly thereafter, I was approached by the coach of the Polish national team and asked to join the team. I have been a part of the Polish national golf team for seven years. I have played in numerous events representing Poland internationally.
The First Tee of Sarasota/Manatee has also played a huge role in my development as a golfer and person.. I started their program at the age of ten and have been a part of the organization ever since. As a member of First Tee, I was able to learn the game of golf alongside other children, while also learning golf’s valuable life lessons. In high school while still being a part of the program I started to volunteer for First Tee, an experience that is still near and dear to me. Today, I continue to play an active role in my local First Tee chapter and I take every opportunity to give back to them.
First Tee also afforded me with incredible opportunities around the country. As a First Tee member, I was able to attend their Life Skills and Leadership camp in South Carolina. Most notably, I was also chosen to play in the First Tee Open at Pebble Beach (now the Pure Insurance Championship). During this event I was able to play with some of golf’s most influential champions. That week I was paired with David Frost from South Africa.
In 2017-2019 I attended the University of Northern Colorado. I was a true freshman competing in every tournament and had several top 20 finishes. After my sophomore year I transferred to the University of Texas at San Antonio. Also competed in every event and had a 75 scoring average. At UTSA I was a part of three team wins. Ending my collegiate career I earned my first all-conference award as third-team and had a streak of four consecutive top 20 finishes.
Today, I am as driven as ever to pursue my dream of becoming a professional golfer. In the next few years I aspire to gain status on the Ladies European Tour and to fulfill a long-term dream of playing in the Olympics.
